Hey there, I’m Sam.

A big smile package with a passion for fitness and design. I was born in Nice, but grew up in Tyrol, the south-western part of Austria, with a French mother and an Austrian father. I soon moved to Vienna and I grew to an urbane creative head that loves minimalism, pastel tones, fitness, traveling and guacamole.

 

Two Passions, Two Avocados.

I’m currently working as a full time graphic designer and finishing my personal trainer education on weekends. I always wanted to share my passion for nutrition and fitness combining the topic with my graphic design skills. In July 2016 I decided to start this blog about my two passions – fitness and design.
